This article describes the simple steps to get your Procore Financials instance connected to your Payapps account.

Before you begin:

  1. You will need to have asked your Account Manager to enable Procore connectivity within Payapps (this can be done very quickly).

  2. You will need to be an Organisation Administrator for your Payapps account in order to connect Payapps and Procore.

  3. You will need to be an adminstrator within your Procore Financials account with access to all the projects you want to manage within Payapps.

Connecting Payapps and Procore

Once your Account Manager has confirmed that you have been enabled for Procore connectivity, you will see an ERP tab in your My Account page.

Reminder: to get to your My Account page, select the 'Hello [Name]' menu on the top right of your screen and select 'My Account', or click on the 'cog' icon just to the left of 'Hello [Name]'.

The ERP tab will look like this.

Click on the AUTHORISE PROCORE button. This will re-direct you to the Procore login page.

Enter the email address and password you use for your Procore account and select the 'Log In' button. This establishes a trusted connection between your Payapps account and your organisation's Procore Financials account. All interaction between Payapps and Procore will use this connection. You do not need each user to go through this process.

Once Procore has validated your login, you will be returned to the ERP tab within the Payapps My Account page. The button should have been updated to 'REAUTHORISE PROCORE' and below it you will see a confirmation of your action with a timestamp, as shown below.

To double check that you have access to your projects, return to your home page and select the 'Add Project' button. The normal page will now look like the image below. The 'Company' droplist will show the companies you have configured in Procore. Once you select a company, the 'Project' droplist will show all projects for your selected company. If these lists have values in them then you know your connection has been successful.

That's all there is to it!
