As a subcontractor, you can now view the detailed action history of individual claims in Payapps.
You can see in the system that the claim is submitted and/or approved, with timestamps for both. This gives you more granular information and shows if there have been any unusual actions, like retracting and unapproving claims.
A couple of clicks will take you through to the Claims History Page.
Select and click on the claim you would like to view the history
Click on the 'clock' icon at the top right
The 'Claim History' pops up as a separate window on the right side of the page.
You can see the detailed action history of creating the claim, updating and submitting the claim and also see the approval / unapproval from the main contractors.
