As a subcontractor, you can now add your comments on the Claim page via the 'Comments' tab.

Comments added to this section will appear on the first page of the Claim pdf generated in Payapps and will be visible to your builder upon submission.

Comments can be edited by the subcontractor while the claim is a draft, but are locked once the claim is submitted. If comments need to be changed, the claim will need to be retracted first.

While assessing the claims, the respondent can enter separate comments of their own which will appear on the Payment Schedule. After the claim has been approved, both the respondent and subcontractor comments appear as "read only".
