How to reset your password

Forgotten your password? Follow these steps to reset it.

If you're unable to log into your Payapps account, you're able to reset your password by following these steps:

Step 1:

Click the 'Return to Payapps' button in the upper right corner of the page, or manually input my.payapps.com into the URL bar in a new tab.

Step 2:

Input the email address you use to access Payapps into the 'Email' field and click 'Next':

Step 3:

This will reveal a 'Password' box, as well as an additional link. Click 'FORGOT PASSWORD':

Step 4:

A pop-up window will then show, where you will need to confirm the email input is correct, before clicking the 'REQUEST RESET LINK' button:

Step 5:

You will then receive an email to your inbox from support@payapps.com with the subject 'Payapps Password Reset Instructions'.

Follow the link in the body of the email and you will be taken to a page where you need to input a new password into both fields, before clicking the 'Reset Password' button:

Step 6:

Once you have reset your password, you will be directed to the log in page, where you need to enter your email and the new password.
