Information for existing Payapps Users

Trying to access our help center but unable to see any articles?

To access the Payapps Help Center, users need to be logged into their account. If you're able to see this article it means you have not logged into Payapps through the browser you are accessing the Help Center on.

To get full access, click the 'Return to Payapps' button in the upper right corner of the page, which will take you to my.payapps.com where you will be able to input your login credentials. Once you have logged in, when you return to the Help Center you will see our full article list.
